Aggie History

Entertaining Fort Collins for over 100 years, The Aggie Theatre is the most historic venue in Fort Collins. Residing in a turn of the century historic Old Town building. Built in 1906, The Aggie started out as furniture store, and then became a movie theater. In 1995 The Aggie Theatre had it’s last official movie as a cinema theatre, and soon after The Aggie Theatre was reborn as a live music venue.

For decades, The Aggie Theatre has been a hotspot for hosting national touring acts such as PROF, 311, Leo Kottke, Pepper, Griz, Les Claypool and many more have graced the Aggie’s stage.

While we will bring the current favorites, our heart remains committed to a focus on local artist development along the way as today’s openers are tomorrows headliners.
